The Heliomatrix wowed the crowd at Maker Faire, the world's largest DIY festival.
A two-day, family-friendly event to MAKE, create, learn, invent, CRAFT, recycle, think, play and be inspired by celebrating arts, crafts, engineering, food, music, science and technology.
It was the first time that the Heliomatrix operated outdoors in direct sunlight!

PowerSuits Promenade will give you a night to be a "key investor" in the arts community by merely showing up to party. Suggested attire is (at the very least) a tie of some description. If you have a suit, a tuxedo, oxfords, your old grad outfit, a prom dress, or any other formal wear you are invited to come and flex your formal dance-move-muscles.
The Heliomatrix was on display at the new eatART Hangar.

Midforms Festival (5-7 of March, 2009) saw the first public unveiling of the Heliomatrix 16 pixel prototype. It was amazing to see the crowd's reaction -- ranging from being completely blown away, standing there marvelling at the mirrors, to utterly unable to understand how the device works.
